What it does Legal maintenance scale: 7-day waiting period, 90%% then 66.66%% gross, each slot extended by 10 days per 5 years of seniority, capped at 180 days. IJSS computation: 50%% of the daily reference wage capped at 1.8 SMIC, with the 66.66%% increased rate after 30 days for employees with 3+ children. Day-by-day breakdown (waiting / first / second / exhausted) with maintenance and IJSS per day and the net employer share. Subrogation reconciliation: import the IJSS actually paid (CSV from the customer's BPIJ export), match by employee + period, compute the variance. Monthly subrogation control worksheet consolidating every record, exportable as CSV, flagging anomalies. What-if simulator and per-employee history.
