Key features Vehicle register: registration, fuel type, WLTP CO2 g/km, first-registration date and the months of use in the year (with mid-year acquisition proration). CO2 component: marginal-bracket WLTP barème (seeded as effective-dated data), with the older NEDC g/km scale (and a fiscal-HP scale for pre-2006 cars) available for vehicles not homologated under WLTP. Air-pollutant component: rate by fuel/year category (E for electric/hydrogen, the petrol/diesel grids), with exemptions for fully-electric vehicles. Period-of-use proration (quarter-based historically, monthly now) and exemptions (>=10-year-old, certain professional uses). Annual worksheet aggregating every vehicle into the declaration totals and a printable per-vehicle breakdown.
