Add a portal user
Create a portal user, tick Is Portal User, and set their discount cap, commission rate and pricelist.

They sell
The portal user logs in, builds an order or raises a lead, and submits it for approval.

You approve
The order appears under Sales → Ochre Sales Portal → Pending Orders. Approve to confirm, or reject with a reason.

Inside the module
See it in Odoo
1 · Portal dashboard. Total orders, pending approvals, confirmed value and a commission estimate — the moment the portal user logs in.
2 · Create an order. Pick or add a customer, add product lines within a live discount cap, and watch the running total and commission projection before submitting for approval.
3 · Submission confirmed. The portal user sees a clear status timeline, and your sales admin team is notified by email.
4 · Admin queue. Every pending order collects in the backend under the portal menu, ready for review.
5 · Approve or reject. One click on the standard sales order confirms it — or rejects with a reason — with the Portal Submission tab and a full chatter trail.
