Capture the full shipment spec — Incoterms 2020, ports, airports and road terminals, container or package lines, FTL/LTL trucking, dangerous goods, temperature control, attached documents (MSDS, packing lists) — and invite any number of vendors with one click. Every invited vendor is tracked: invited, viewed, quoted, negotiating or declined.
Sealed quotes, honest tenders
Quotes stay sealed until the closing time — no anchoring, no bias. When the tender closes, quotes unlock with automatic L1 / L2 / L3 ranking by total cost in your company currency, itemized charge breakdowns (freight / origin / destination) and multi-currency support. Managers can unlock early when needed.
A free portal for every vendor
Vendors quote through the standard Odoo portal — no user licenses needed. They see only the RFQs they are invited to, submit itemized quotes, save drafts, respond to negotiations and update shipment tracking. Email notifications keep both sides in sync at every step.
Negotiate — with guardrails
Request a better rate on any quote. Negotiation is turn-based with a maximum of 3 rounds, and every round is recorded: previous price, new price, percentage change, who moved and when. A clean audit trail from first quote to final award.
From award to delivery
Confirming a quote creates the shipment automatically. The vendor fills in the transport references for the mode — B/L and container, AWB and flight, or CMR, truck plate and driver details for road — uploads the invoice and POD, and tracks ETD / ETA and actual dates through confirmed → in transit → delivered — updated by you or by the vendor from their portal.
Know your savings
Built-in pivot and graph analysis of confirmed spend by lane, mode and month — including a savings metric (average of received quotes vs. the awarded price) and vendor performance comparison.
