Real Estate CRM Bridge
This bridge module integrates fv_real_estate with Odoo's standard crm module instead of duplicating CRM features in the real-estate module. It:
- Extends crm.lead with real-estate-specific fields (region, building type, budget range, civil ID, ...).
- Adds back-link crm_lead_id on unit.reservation and ownership.contract so a lead's downstream conversions are tracked.
- Provides one-click action buttons on the lead form: WhatsApp shortcut, Create Reservation, Create Sales Contract, Print CIL.
- Loads real-estate-specific demo data into Odoo's standard models: crm.stage, crm.tag, crm.lost.reason, utm.source.
- Adds a printable Customer Identification Letter (CIL) report.
Auto-installed when both crm and fv_real_estate are present.
