Workflow Steps for Garage Management Odoo Module :

Set up user groups and define access rights on the Users page.

The Customers/receptionist can create a service requests with Select a package and Package-wise details are automatically populated in the job card during creation.

The manager confirms the service request.

Create a job card based on the confirmed service request.

In the job card, you can (1) Add service charges (2) Add spare parts (3) Add a checklist.

Once the job card is created, you can create a diagnosis: In the diagnosis, estimate lines are added automatically based on the job card, including service charges and spare parts.

If a product is unavailable, you can generate a purchase order and create a sale order. Based on this, you can generate an invoice.

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, the job card status changes to In Progress.
