Marketing Automation
Community drip campaigns, behavioural triggers, journeys, A/B testing and analytics
Marketing Automation is Enterprise-only in standard Odoo. This module brings a full automation engine to Community: build multi-step customer journeys, enrol records on behavioural triggers, drip emails on a configurable schedule, run A/B split tests, and measure open, click and conversion rates — all with PECR consent enforced.

Journey Builder
Campaigns made of ordered activities — email, wait, server action, tag and A/B split — branching from a parent step into the next.
Behavioural Triggers
Enrol records on create, on a field change, on a date/time condition or manually, scoped by a filter domain and de-duplicated by a unique field.
Drip Sequencing
Each activity waits a configurable interval — hours, days or weeks — after the previous step before it executes.
A/B Testing
Split participants between two email variants by percentage and pick a winner by open or click rate.
Participant State Machine
Per-participant running / completed / cancelled / bounced states with a full per-step trace history of what was scheduled and executed.
Engagement Analytics
Sent, delivered, opened, clicked and bounced counts with computed open, click and conversion rates per campaign and per activity.
No Enterprise Required
A genuine Community campaign engine with journeys, triggers and A/B testing — capabilities normally locked behind the Enterprise Marketing Automation app.
PECR Consent Enforced
Participants without marketing consent are skipped and logged, helping you respect UK PECR and keep your sends compliant.
