Pallet Freight & LTL Docs
Build packing lists, pallet labels and CMR-style consignment notes for freight & LTL
Freight paperwork is usually re-keyed by hand into Word and label software. This module turns a consignment into pallets and packing lines, auto-calculates gross weight, volume, loading metres and chargeable weight, then generates the CMR-style note and pallet labels you need. Document generation only — no carrier filing or accreditation required.
Key Features
Freight Consignments
Capture sender, consignee, carrier, delivery address, incoterm, vehicle registration and driver, with a draft → ready → dispatched → delivered lifecycle.
Handling Units
Add pallets and parcels with package type, dimensions, weight and stackability. Each unit computes gross weight, volume and loading metres from its package type.
Automatic Freight Maths
Consignment totals for units, gross weight, volume, loading metres, volumetric (dimensional) weight via a configurable factor, and the chargeable weight.
Load Feasibility
Pick a vehicle type and the module computes weight, volume and loading-metre fill percentages, flags whether the load is feasible and names the binding constraint.
CMR & Packing List
Packing list lines with quantity, package type, HS code, country of origin and marks & numbers, plus a printable CMR-style consignment note (boxes 1–24).
Pallet Labels & SSCC
Generate a label payload for every handling unit and assign SSCC-style unit barcodes for pallet and parcel identification.
No Accreditation Needed
Pure document generation — it never connects to a carrier gateway, so there is no filing licence or accreditation to obtain. You print the paperwork, you stay in control.
Real Freight Calculations
Loading metres, volumetric weight, chargeable weight and vehicle fill are computed at model level from pre-loaded package and vehicle types — not just free-text fields.
