This module replaces them with a proper Property → Unit hierarchy, full lease lifecycle, automatic rent-schedule generation, one-click invoicing through Odoo Accounting, a nightly arrears engine and a service-charge apportionment tool — with UK letting in mind (Assured Shorthold Tenancies, commercial leases, deposit-protection references and rent-review dates).
