Shopify / WooCommerce Ord
BYOK order import and stock sync for Shopify and WooCommerce stores
A bring-your-own-key connector that imports e-commerce orders into Odoo and pushes Odoo stock levels back to your storefront, for both Shopify and WooCommerce. Order import is idempotent on the external order id, SKU mapping is automatic with manual fallback, and every run is logged — so your store and Odoo stay in sync without a middleman.

Your own store keys
Connect with your Shopify Admin token or WooCommerce consumer key+secret. Credentials are validated, stored by you and never shared — true BYOK.
SKU-based product mapping
Auto-match products by internal reference, with a manual mapping table for the awkward cases so nothing falls through the cracks.
Idempotent order import
External orders become Odoo sale orders — customer auto-created from the billing contact, lines matched by SKU, taxes and shipping captured — keyed on the external order id so re-runs never duplicate.
Stock export with dry-run
Push on-hand quantities for mapped products back to the store from a configurable warehouse source, with a dry-run preview before anything changes.
Full sync log
Every run records what was imported, exported or skipped and why, so failures are debuggable rather than mysterious.
Scheduled & manual sync
Run on a cron schedule, with manual run buttons and a guided wizard for one-off syncs and backfills.
