Stop building customer statements one at a time. Produce professional, branded statements in two formats — open-item (every outstanding invoice and credit note line by line) or balance-forward (opening balance, period activity, closing balance) — for a single customer or, with the bulk wizard, every customer with an outstanding balance in one click. Each statement snapshots its lines and ageing, so the figures stay stable even as invoices are later paid.

Two Statement Types
Open-item statements list every outstanding document; balance-forward statements show an opening balance, the period's debits and credits, and a closing balance.
Ageing Breakdown
Each statement carries a current / 30 / 60 / 90 / 120+ day ageing snapshot plus running balances and days overdue per line.
Bulk Generation
The batch wizard generates statements for every customer with a balance, filtered by company, date range and minimum balance — all at once.
Email & PDF
Send statements individually or in bulk with a mail template, and print a clean, branded QWeb PDF report for any statement.
Stable Snapshots
Lines and balances are stored on the statement at generation time, so a statement you sent last month still reads exactly as it did then.
Read-Only & Safe
The module never posts journal entries — it reads receivable move lines and presents them, so it is safe to run at any time.
