Supplier ESG Questionnair
Send ESG and modern-slavery questionnaires to suppliers, score answers and flag risk
Chasing supplier ESG and modern-slavery declarations over email leaves no audit trail and no comparable scoring. This module turns it into a structured process: reusable questionnaire templates with weighted Environmental, Social, Governance and Modern Slavery sections; campaigns that generate one assessment per supplier with deadlines; automatic weighted scoring mapped to a Low / Medium / High / Critical risk band; and a supplier scorecard right on the partner form. A failed critical question (e.g. a missing Modern Slavery statement) forces a high-risk band regardless of the numeric score.
