Supplier Scorecard & OTIF
On-time/in-full, quality and price-variance KPIs per supplier
Procurement teams rarely have a single, defensible view of which suppliers actually perform. This module turns your real purchase and receipt data into auditable supplier KPIs: OTIF (on-time in-full), on-time and in-full rates, quality acceptance and price variance, rolled into a weighted composite score and an A/B/C/D rating band. No native Odoo feature gives a consolidated supplier performance view — this fills the gap with transparent, formula-driven maths.
Key Features
Delivery events
Each receipt is captured as a delivery event with promised vs. actual date, ordered / delivered / accepted / rejected quantities and agreed vs. invoiced price, linked to its PO and receipt.
OTIF & on-time / in-full
Every event computes on-time, in-full and OTIF flags and a delay-in-days, so the scorecard reflects exactly how reliably each supplier delivered.
Quality & price variance
Quality acceptance rate is derived from accepted vs. rejected quantity, and price variance compares invoiced against agreed price — both feed the supplier's score.
Weighted composite score
Configurable KPI weight profiles combine on-time, in-full, quality and price into one overall score, with the rating band derived from the score.
Period scorecards
Build a scorecard per supplier and date window; it collects the matching delivery events and aggregates every KPI and the average delay automatically.
Ranking & auditability
A ranking wizard lists best and worst suppliers for a chosen window, and a KPI breakdown shows exactly how each metric contributed to the score.
From your real data
KPIs come from actual purchase and receipt events — not opinions — so the rankings stand up to scrutiny.
Transparent formulas
Every score can be traced back to its weighted KPI contributions, making supplier reviews objective.
