Agri Production Planning brings true Sales & Operations Planning discipline to seasonal agribusiness procurement. It covers the full chain from statistical demand forecasting through farmer allocation, input requirement computation and plan adherence reporting.

Installation

  1. Go to :menuselection:`Apps`
  2. Search for Agri Production Planning
  3. Click :guilabel:`Install`

Note

This module hard-depends on grev_od_agri_analytics, grev_od_commodity_base, grev_od_contract_farming and the standard Odoo mrp and mrp_mps modules.

Configuration

  1. Define seasons and crops via :menuselection:`Contract Farming --> Configuration`.
  2. Open :menuselection:`Agribusiness --> Production Planning --> Demand Forecasts`, create a forecast and click :guilabel:`Confirm`.
  3. Create a plan at :menuselection:`Agribusiness --> Production Planning --> Production Plans` and click :guilabel:`Generate from Forecasts` to populate plan lines.

Important

Plan generation only reads confirmed forecasts. The plan must be approved (locked) before allocations create farming contracts.

Usage

Plan Lifecycle

  1. Draft plan with computed plan lines.
  2. Confirmed — ready for farmer allocation.
  3. Active — allocations have created farming contracts.
  4. Closed — season is complete; plan adherence is computed.

Allocating Farmers

  1. Open a plan line.
  2. Click :guilabel:`Suggest Allocation` to launch the suggester wizard.
  3. Confirm the suggested farmer / area split.
  4. Click :guilabel:`Create Farming Contract` on each allocation.

Reading the Plan Report

Open :menuselection:`Agribusiness --> Reporting --> Plan Report` for a SQL-backed pivot of plan vs actual quantity, MAPE, WAPE, fill rate, adherence and input cost variance.
