Overview
The Sales module allows businesses to manage their sales activities efficiently, from quotation generation to order fulfillment. It integrates seamlessly with other Odoo modules such as Inventory, Accounting, and CRM, providing a holistic approach to sales management.

1. Sale Order/Feedback Configuration
Feedback can be linked directly to specific sales orders, making it easier to track responses related to individual transactions. Go to Sales and create a new quotation by clicking on "New." Add a name. After adding the registered name, the details will be automatically added. ensuring that the contact and email are includedâespecially the email, because a feedback email will be sent there. Select the product in the sales order line, then save it by clicking on the save icon and confirm the sale order.
2. Sale Order/Feedback Configuration
After confirming the sale order, a delivery will be created. You will see a smart button for the delivery there. Click on the smart button, and your delivery order will open. Then, validate the delivery order.

After validating the delivery, you will receive an email at the address of the added person. at Below inside the email, you will find a feedback form link, so click on that link.

After clicking on the feedback form link, it will redirect you to the feedback page, where you can see the rating and comments. You can then fill out the feedback form. After filling out the feedback form, click on "Confirm." You will see a message that says, "Thank you for your feedback!" This means your feedback has been successfully submitted.
5.Sale Order/Feedback Configuration
Then go to the sales order you have created; there you will see the feedback note page. Whatever feedback you have submitted on the feedback page will be visible in the sales order, quotation and delivery as well.
