Doku Payment Provider
Integrates your Odoo eCommerce and invoicing system with Doku, a leading payment gateway in Indonesia. This app enables you to securely accept online payments through multiple methods, including credit and debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and more.
With seamless integration into Odoo's checkout and accounting workflows, the module automatically confirms orders, records transactions, and simplifies reconciliation. It supports secure payment processing, a smooth customer checkout experience, and reliable transaction management—making it ideal for businesses that want a flexible and trusted payment solution within Odoo.
1. Access Payment Settings
Navigate to the Credit Card section under Settings to manage card payment options and Webhook configurations.
2. Configure Notification URL
Go to Payment Configuration to review your routing options and prepare to set up the payment notification URL.
3. Finalize Webhook Configuration
Enter and submit the Payment Notification URL to finalize the webhook setup and start receiving transaction data.
4. Activate Doku Payment Provider
Enable Doku as a payment provider in Odoo to start accepting secure online payments.
5. Configure Credentials & Keys
Enter your Doku Client ID and Secret Key. Select the appropriate environment to start accepting payments.
6. Browse Products in Shop
Explore the shop page to view available products, apply filters, and browse items before making a purchase.
7. Add Products to Cart
Add desired products to the cart with a single click, then proceed to checkout.
8. Review Cart & Checkout
Review your order summary, including products and totals, and proceed by clicking the "Checkout" button.
9. Address Selection
Choose your delivery and billing addresses or add new ones to ensure accurate shipping and invoicing.
10. Select DOKU & Pay Now
Select DOKU as your payment method from the list and click "Pay Now" to be redirected to the secure DOKU portal.
11. Choose Payment Method
On the DOKU portal, select your preferred method: Credit/Debit Cards, Virtual Accounts, e-Wallets, or Over-the-Counter.
12. Quick Pay with Saved Cards
Customers can enjoy a faster checkout by using their previously saved card details securely stored in the DOKU ecosystem.
13. Secure Card Entry & Installments
Enter your card details securely. You can also select available installment plans (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months) for your purchase.
14. Make Secure Payment
Submit the required details and click “Pay Now” to securely complete your payment.
15. DOKU Payment Success
After a successful transaction, DOKU displays a confirmation screen with the invoice number and total amount paid.
16. Odoo Order Confirmation
You will be redirected back to the Odoo store, displaying a "Thank You" message and your confirmed order details.
17. Doku Transaction Report
Track transactions from Odoo and manage them seamlessly through the DOKU Merchant Portal.
18. Odoo Backend Transaction
View the payment record in Odoo, which is automatically updated to the "Confirmed" state once the webhook notification is received.
19. Initiate Refund
Manage returns by initiating a partial or full refund directly from the payment transaction record in the Odoo backend.
20. Specify Refund Amount
Use the built-in wizard to enter the precise amount you wish to refund to the customer, supporting flexible reversal options.
21. Refund Confirmation
Once submitted, Odoo provides instant feedback and logs the refund activity in the transaction's chatter for full transparency.
22. Track Linked Transactions
Refund records are automatically linked as child transactions to the original payment, maintaining a clear audit trail.
23. Synchronized Gateway Status
The transaction status is updated to "Voided" or "Refunded" in the DOKU portal, ensuring both systems remain perfectly in sync.
