PostFinance Payment Provider
Integrate Odoo with PostFinance to accept online payments.
Customers can pay using credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods.
The app makes online payments easy and secure.
1. Activate PostFinance Payment Provider
Enable the PostFinance payment provider in Odoo to allow customers to securely pay through the PostFinance gateway.
2. Configure Credentials
Enter the API credentials provided by PostFinance and select the appropriate environment to enable payment processing.
3. Shop View
Browse through the available items and select the desired product.
4. Add to Cart
Configure your product variants and proceed to checkout smoothly.
5. Shopping Cart
Review your selected products in the shopping cart and proceed with the order.
6. Confirm Shipping Details
Provide and verify shipping and billing information along with the preferred delivery method.
7. Select Payment Method
Choose PostFinance as the payment option and click 'Pay now' to proceed to the secure payment interface.
8. Secure PostFinance Checkout
Customers are redirected to the hosted page where they select a payment method and enter the required details to complete payment.
9. Order Confirmation
After successful payment, the customer is redirected back to the store’s order confirmation page.
10. Payment Transaction
Track every PostFinance payment and its real-time status directly within your Odoo record.
11. Refund Management
Initiate refunds directly from the payment transaction when processing customer returns.
12. Processing Refunds
Utilize the intuitive refund wizard to specify precise amounts and finalize the return operation.
13. Refund Submission Alert
Receive proactive system alerts confirming that your refund operation was successfully submitted.
14. Automated Reconciliation
Maintain perfect financial records with automated linkage between parent transactions and refund lines.
15. Invoice Payments in Odoo
Enable customers to pay invoices instantly via the secure PostFinance gateway from Odoo.
16. Select Invoice Payment Method
Customers can seamlessly select PostFinance to process the invoice payment securely.
17. Invoice Payment Confirmation
Automatically mark the invoice as paid upon successful transaction via PostFinance.
18. PostFinance Backoffice
Monitor and manage all processed transactions directly within the PostFinance backoffice portal, seeing full sync from Odoo side.
