Sale Order Multiple Pricelist
Sale Order Multiple Pricelist allows you to apply a different pricelist to each individual order line. Simply click the pricelist button next to any line, select from all available pricelists with live price, discount and margin comparison and apply instantly.
1. Click the Set Pricelist Button on Any Order Line
2. Select Pricelist from the Wizard
A popup wizard appears listing all available pricelists with their computed Unit Price, Unit Cost, Discount, Margin and Margin % for the selected product and unit. Click Apply next to the desired pricelist to apply it to the order line instantly.
3. Unit Price and Discount Updated Automatically
After applying the pricelist, the Unit Price and Disc.% on the order line are recalculated automatically based on the selected pricelist rules.
4. Price Scales Automatically When UOM Changes
When the Unit of Measure is changed on a line with a custom pricelist applied, the price is automatically recalculated based on the UOM conversion factor.
5. Applied Pricelist Visible as an Optional Column
The Apply Pricelist column is available as an optional column on the order lines list. Toggle it on or off from the column settings to quickly see which pricelist is applied per line.
6. Combo Products: Pricelist Propagates to All Child Lines
When a pricelist is applied to a Combo parent line, it is automatically propagated to all linked child lines within the combo. Each child line gets its price and discount recalculated based on the selected pricelist.
