Website Quick Order
The main aim of this application is to streamline and accelerate the B2B and B2C ordering process through a dedicated "Quick Shop" feature on the website. The Quick Shop functionality enables customers to quickly search for products, add items to their cart, and place orders with minimal navigation. In addition, B2B customers will have access to advanced ordering features, including favorite products, reusable order templates, Excel import/export for bulk order creation, and product searches using their own internal reference numbers. These features are designed to reduce manual effort, minimize ordering errors, improve order accuracy, and provide a faster and more efficient ordering experience for both B2C and B2B customers.

Request B2B Access
While creating an account, users can select the "Request Access as B2B Customer" option. This helps the admin identify customers who want B2B ordering access.
Instant Admin Alerts
Never miss a lead. Whenever a user requests B2B access, the admin receives an instant notification in Odoo. This helps the team review and process requests quickly.
Manage B2B Requests
All B2B access requests are available in a single list. Admins can easily review, filter, and manage customer requests from one screen.
One-Click Activation
Admins can approve and activate Quick Order access directly from the customer record. The customer is then notified that their account is ready to use.
Dedicated Quick Shop Menu
After approval, customers can see a "Quick Shop" menu in their portal. This provides quick access to the ordering page without extra navigation.
Advanced Order Workspace
The core Quick Shop interface allows users to search, filter by category matrix, manage favorites, use order templates, and import/export lists—all from a single, ultra-fast dashboard.
Quick Shop for Portal Users
