How to Get Started
- Install the BPMN Workflow Designer module from your Odoo Apps menu.
- Go to Settings → Users and assign the BPMN Designer privilege to your team.
- Open the BPMN.IO → Design app from the main menu.
- Click New to start a fresh diagram, or upload an existing .bpmn file.
- Design your process — drag-and-drop elements, use the intelligent context pad, apply colors, and add task comments.
- Leverage Undo / Redo if you make a mistake, and zoom smoothly to navigate complex diagrams.
- Run Token Simulation to validate your flow, then export as .bpmn or .svg to share.

Element Color Coding
Select any element and use the color picker to apply custom fill or stroke colors. Colors are persisted in the BPMN XML and visible to all users.
