Hamdek Mandatory Partner Fields
Enhance your CRM and Contacts management by enforcing Profile Completion Rules. Ensure critical customer data is captured efficiently through configurable required fields, manual toggles, and seamless automatic enforcement.

This module ensures data integrity by enforcing structured completion tracking across your contacts database.
Configurable Fields
Choose exactly which fields are mandatory for a profile to be deemed complete directly from Settings.
Automatic Mode
Automatically evaluate and mark profiles as complete upon creation or write when all required fields are provided.
Visual Warnings
Display clear, inline warning banners on the customer form listing exactly which fields are missing.
How to Get Started
- Install Hamdek Mandatory Partner Fields (depends on base, contacts, account).
- Go to Settings → Contacts → Mandatory Partner Fields.
- Choose the Trigger Mode: Manual or Automatic.
- Select the Required Fields for Profile Completion and Save.

Follow the steps below to see the module in action.
Configuration Settings
Go to Settings → Contacts. Select the Trigger Mode (Manual/Automatic) and choose which fields are mandatory.
Warning Banners
If a required field is missing, a yellow alert banner appears directly on the contact form to notify users about incomplete data.
Manual Completion Toggle
In Manual Mode, users must actively toggle the "Profile Complete" switch. If validation fails, an error blocks the save.
Automatic Completion
In Automatic Mode, the system silently updates the profile completion status based on the configured rules as soon as data is written.
