PO Split Receipts
Set a receiving date on each purchase order line and create multiple receipts one per distinct date when you confirm the order. Improve planning when goods from the same PO arrive on different days.
Key Features
Receiving Date per Line
Each purchase order line has an optional Receiving Date field. When set, it drives the scheduled date of the receipt and updates the line’s Date Planned.
Multiple Receipts per PO
On confirmation, one stock picking is created per distinct receiving date. Lines with the same date are grouped in one picking; lines without a date use the order date.
Date Planned Sync
Receiving date and date planned stay in sync on change and when copying a PO or PO line. Improves warehouse and delivery planning.
How to Use
- Install the module (requires purchase_stock).
- Open or create a Purchase Order and go to the Products tab.
- On each order line, set the optional Receiving Date (e.g. when you expect that line to arrive).
- Confirm the order. The system creates one receipt (stock picking) per distinct receiving date, with the correct scheduled date on each picking.
- Lines without a receiving date are grouped in a separate picking using the order date.
