Sale Order Line Force Invoiced
A professional utility for Odoo Sales that allows users to manually mark specific Sale Order lines as 'Fully Invoiced'. This is essential for managing complex sales cycles where orders might be partially fulfilled or canceled without requiring zero-sum invoices.
Key Features
Line-Level Control
Force individual SO lines to 'Invoiced' status with a single click. Toggle 'Fully Invoiced' status for individual lines without affecting the rest of the Sales Order.
Flexible Billing
Stop Odoo from prompting for invoices on specific lines that shouldn't be billed. Keep your 'To Invoice' lists clean by removing lines that are no longer actionable.
Automatic Status Sync
Automatically updates the `invoice_status` to ensure data consistency across the order. The module automatically updates Odoo's native invoice status.
How it Works
- Install the module in your Odoo instance.
- Enable Under Invoicing on the Product Template if needed.
- On a Sale Order, view the Order Lines.
- For eligible lines, use the Force Invoiced checkbox or action.
- The line's status changes to 'Invoiced', removing it from your billing queue automatically.
Business Use Cases
Partial Cancellations
Cleanly mark remaining quantities as fully invoiced when a customer cancels the rest of an order.
Service Completion
Finalize billing for service lines where the actual work differs from the ordered quantity.
Over-Deliveries
Manage situations where extra items were sent but won't be billed to the customer.
