Hamdek Customer Visit
Help sales teams plan and run customer visits: schedule visits, check-in and check-out (with optional GPS), link to opportunities and quotations, and give managers visibility into visit activity.
Visits, CRM, and sales in one flow
Create visits with planned times and priorities, move from open to in progress to done, capture check-in/out and duration, and connect visits to contacts, CRM opportunities, and sale orders. Configure visit frequency on customers to suggest the next visit date.

How to Get Started
- Install Hamdek Customer Visit (ensure Sales and CRM apps are available).
- Open Visit Management from the main menu and configure purposes, outcomes, and SPANCO/stage links as needed.
- On Contacts, set visit frequency for customers where you want recurring next-visit suggestions.
- Create visits, run check-in and check-out, and link opportunities or sale orders from the visit form.

Plan who to see, record what happened, and report duration and counts by rep or customer.
CRM-aligned visits
Tie visits to pipeline stages with SPANCO lines and create opportunities or quotes in context.
Workflow
Follow the steps below: start with user access rights, then explore Visit Management, use the visit form, and set contact visit frequency.
Access rights
Under Settings → Users & Companies → Users, assign the visit security groups (Visit User, Visit Manager, Visit Administrator) so each role can create visits, manage the team, or configure master data as intended.
Visit Management — views and menus
Open Visit Management to create visits, use the kanban (and other views), and reach configuration for purposes and outcomes from the menu.
Visit form — check-in, opportunities, and sales
Set customer, contact, planned time, and purpose. Use check-in and check-out when on site (GPS optional). Link an opportunity, add SPANCO lines, or create a quotation / new opportunity from the visit actions.
Contact — visit frequency
On the contact, configure visit frequency so the next visit can be suggested with the right interval. Use pivot and graph views on visits for reporting.
