Apartment Form view

Can create multiple Apartments

Room Form View

This form allows manage individual rooms. You can view and update owner, floor, sale and rental status.

Room Sale and History Tracking

Can mark any room as sold by entering the buyer name and sale price, then clicking the "Mark as Sold" button.

- The ownership is automatically transferred to the buyer.
- The previous owner is saved in the Sale History.
- Multiple sale transactions are tracked for the same room.
