Settings → Inventory → UPS Tracking → choose how often the cron should poll UPS.

Activate the cron
Toggle the scheduled action on. Done. UPS statuses flow into your Sales Orders automatically.

Do I need a separate UPS account or API key?
No. The module reuses the credentials you already configured in the native Odoo UPS shipping module (delivery_ups_rest).
What is UPS QuantumView?
The official UPS web service for shipment visibility and tracking automation. The same enterprise-grade API used by large logistics teams worldwide.
Does it work with Odoo Community?
Yes. Compatible with both Community and Enterprise editions, on self-hosted instances and Odoo.sh.
What languages are supported?
English and French ship in the box. Other languages can be added on demand.
Multi-company / multi-warehouse?
