Email Reminders
Send the first reminder after a configurable login delay and repeat it until the employee checks in.
In-App Alert + Sound
Show a sticky warning inside Odoo and play the familiar new-message sound for immediate visibility.
Schedule Aware
Skip non-working days, approved time off, flexible schedules, and employees who already checked in.
How It Works
1. Employee logs in
2. Check-in remains missing
3. Email + alert + sound
Quick Configuration
- Install Attendance Login Notify.
- Open Settings Users.
- Choose an internal user and open the Attendance Automation tab.
- Enable missing check-in emails and set the initial and repeat delays.
- Ensure the linked employee has a work email and a fixed working schedule.
The scheduler runs every minute. No attendance record is created or modified by this addon.
