Employee Decisions, Approvals, Salary Changes, and Attendance Deductions
HR Decision Management helps HR teams manage employee decisions in a structured workflow. Create, submit, approve, reject, and track decisions such as termination, suspension, salary changes, promotions, payroll approvals, transfers, and absent/late deductions.
Overview
HR Decision Management provides a centralized place to manage important employee-related decisions. HR users can create decision records, choose the decision type, submit the decision for approval, and track the full approval status from draft to final decision.
