Overview
Employee IQAMA Management module helps you easily manage employee Iqama inside Odoo. It lets you store permit details for employees and their family members, track expiry dates, and quickly see which permits are about to expire or missing expiry information through a simple dashboard. This makes it easier for HR teams to stay organized, avoid missing renewals, and keep all permit information in one place.If you need any help, please contact abdullah@calcobase.com .
Employee Form : You can configure his Iqama details and family information. Iqama will be displayed above as a computed field.
All Iqama Details in a single view
Check All Iqama are going to be expired in certain period. You can click in the count to see list.
Hijri filter is also available.
After clicking the count.
System automatically reminds users to renew the expired Iqama.
You can set how many days before expiry the reminder is sent and select which users should receive the notification.
