Standalone HR and accounting add-on
Independent module for UAE-style end-of-service (EOS) company provision: rules, per-employee provision records, unpaid leave factors, and payment tracking against accounting.
Overview
Configure provision rules per company and payroll structure (UAE AE localization), map the EOS salary rule to journal and debit/credit accounts, then create provision records by employee and calculation date. Amounts follow payroll-driven logic including unpaid leave handling.
Requires Odoo Payroll, UAE HR payroll localization, and Accounting. Not tied to any other custom suite.
