Time Savings Account (CET)
Compte Ãpargne Temps
Allow your employees to save unused leave days into a Time Savings Account and use them later.
Key Features
Easy Transfer
Employees can transfer days from any leave type (Paid Time Off, RTT, etc.) into their CET with a simple wizard accessible from the Time Off menu.
Annual Cap Control
Configurable annual transfer limit (default: 5 days/year). The wizard displays the remaining quota in real time and blocks transfers that would exceed the cap.
Full Traceability
Every transfer is logged with source and target allocations, date, and optional notes. HR managers can review the complete transfer history at any time.
How It Works
- Employee opens Time Off > My Time > Transfer to CET
- Selects the source leave type (Paid Time Off, RTT, etc.)
- Enters the number of days to transfer
- Clicks Transfer — the source balance is debited and the CET is credited instantly
- To use CET days, the employee simply creates a standard leave request on the “Time Savings Account” leave type

Configuration
Go to Settings > Employees > Time Savings Account (CET) to configure the annual transfer cap. The default is 5 days per year, which can be adjusted to match your company policy or collective agreement.
French HR Compliance
This module implements the Compte Ãpargne Temps as defined by French labour law (articles L3151-1 to L3151-4 du Code du travail). It allows employees to accumulate leave rights that can be used at a later date, transferred to a retirement savings plan, or converted to monetary compensation (depending on your collective agreement).
