🔄 How It Works
Once installed, the My Attendance menu item appears in the main navigation for all users. When an employee clicks on this menu:
- The system automatically filters attendance records to show only those belonging to the logged-in user
- Records are displayed in a clean list view showing check-in time, check-out time, and worked hours
- Only completed attendance records (with both check-in and check-out) are displayed
- Employees can review their attendance history but cannot create, edit, or delete records
⚙️ Technical Information
📦 Installation & Configuration
Method 1: Via Odoo UI (Import Module)
- Enable Developer Mode (Settings → Activate the developer mode)
- Navigate to Apps menu
- Click on "Import Module" button (appears only in developer mode)
- Select the module ZIP file from your computer
- Click "Import" and the module will be installed automatically
Method 2: Via File System
- Download or clone the module to your Odoo addons directory
- Restart your Odoo server
- Go to Apps → Update Apps List
- Search for "My Attendance Dashboard"
- Click Install
Configuration:
No configuration required! The module works out of the box. Once installed, the "My Attendance" menu item will automatically appear for all users with base access rights.
