Enter common durations in one click
Open the choices next to Time Spent, select a duration, and continue your work. No repeated typing and no change to the way your team already uses Timesheets.
Faster daily entry
Record recurring durations such as 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour without using the keyboard.
Choices that fit your team
Decide which durations are useful for your activity and present the same clear choices to everyone.
Available where you work
Use quick durations across your usual time-entry flows, including:
- Tasks
- My Timesheets
- Merge Timesheets
- And more...
A simple three-step action
Edit Time Spent, open Quick durations, then select the value you need.
On a task
Log time without leaving the work item
Add or adjust a timesheet line directly from the Timesheets tab of a task.
In My Timesheets
Keep routine entries moving
Review and complete day-to-day time entries from the familiar list view.
During a merge
Set the final duration before merging
The same quick choices remain available when several timesheet lines are combined.
One set of durations for your whole team
Choose the durations in Timesheets settings. Leave the setting empty to use 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 1 hour 30 minutes.
Settings > Timesheets > Time Encoding. Enter the durations in minutes and save.
Designed to stay out of the way
Quick durations appear while the time field is being edited.
They remain hidden while a timer is running, so an active timer is never interrupted.
