Login As Any User
Description
Enterprise
A lightweight Odoo module that lets you log in as any user directly from the systray, without needing their password. With this module installed, users assigned to the right security group can instantly switch into another user's session with a single click, and switch back to their own session just as easily.
Your original session stays preserved in the background the whole time, so once you're done impersonating someone, you can return to your own account with one click, no logging out or re-entering credentials needed.
Features
- → Security group "Login As Any User" controls who can impersonate others
- → Adds a systray icon with a searchable dropdown of users
- → One-click login as any internal user, no password needed
- → A pulsing red "Back to Administrator" button appears while impersonating
- → Your original session stays preserved and restores instantly on switch-back
- → Pure session-level switching, nothing changes at the account or password level
