Does this work with Odoo Online (SaaS)?
No. This module requires external API connections and webhook endpoints which are not available on Odoo Online (SaaS). It works on Odoo.sh and On-Premise installations where you have full server access.
How many WooCommerce stores can I connect?
There is no limit. You can connect as many WooCommerce stores as you need to a single Odoo instance. Each store has its own configuration, warehouse mapping, and sync settings.
Is real-time sync really instant?
Yes. We use WooCommerce webhooks which send data to Odoo immediately when an event occurs. Processing typically happens within 1-2 seconds depending on your server performance.
What WooCommerce versions are supported?
We support WooCommerce 5.0 and above using REST API v3. Your WordPress site should be running PHP 7.4 or higher for optimal compatibility.
What happens if a sync fails?
Our queue system handles all sync operations. If a sync fails it is automatically retried. You can manually retry failed items, view detailed error messages, and track every operation in the sync logs.
