ICA Stock Location Filter

See stock for the exact warehouse location you need

Add a warehouse-aware location selector to Odoo's Inventory stock report. Review quantities for one internal location, include its child locations, and hide products that do not have positive on-hand stock.

Warehouse Aware

Only locations below the warehouse selected in the standard stock report are shown.

Location Search

Find locations by name or full hierarchical path without loading the entire location list.

Positive Stock Only

Optionally exclude products with zero or negative on-hand quantity.

Main Features

  • Adds a Stock Locations section to Inventory > Reporting > Stock.
  • Loads active internal locations for the currently selected warehouse.
  • Uses the complete location path so similarly named locations are easy to distinguish.
  • Includes all child locations when a parent location is selected.
  • Clears an incompatible location automatically when the warehouse changes.
  • Provides server-side search for warehouses with large location structures.
  • Adds a Hide Zero On Hand filter based on Odoo's standard quantity calculation.
  • Respects allowed companies, access rights, and record rules without elevated access.

How to Use

  1. Open Inventory > Reporting > Stock.
  2. Select a warehouse in the left search panel.
  3. Select an internal location under Stock Locations.
  4. Enable Hide Zero On Hand when only positive stock should be displayed.

Built for Large Databases

Location results are bounded and searched on the server. Quantities continue to use Odoo's optimized stock context and aggregation instead of calculating each product in the browser.

No additional configuration is required.

Compatibility

Designed for Odoo 19.0 and depends only on the standard Inventory application.
