Import Product Reordering Rules
Import Product Reordering Rules Module is used to update the minimum or maximum stock rule of the Product. It helps to Import Reordering Product from excel or CSV file in Selected Location.
To configure multiple stock locations, navigate to Settings and open the Users & Companies menu. Select the desired user and enable the option Manage Multiple Stock Locations. This configuration allows efficient tracking and management of inventory across different warehouse locations.
In the Inventory module, navigate to Configuration and select Import Reordering. This option allows users to import product reordering rules directly from an Excel file, ensuring faster setup and easier stock management.
After clicking on Import Reordering, a wizard popup appears where you can specify the sequence as per the header sequence of the file to be imported. This ensures that data from the Excel file maps correctly to the system fields.
The Excel file must follow the correct format for successful import. Each column in the file corresponds to specific reordering rule details such as product, quantity, and warehouse.
Once the Excel file is uploaded, it appears in the import section for confirmation. Review the uploaded data before proceeding to ensure accuracy.
Select the specific Warehouse Location where you want to import the products. This ensures that the system assigns the reordering rules to the correct warehouse.
Products have been successfully imported from the Excel file into the Replenishment Menu. You can now view and manage these products in the system as part of your reordering process.
Users can create new reorders and assign products to different warehouse locations. This ensures accurate stock distribution across multiple locations.
Data has been imported successfully, and new reorders will be created automatically based on the imported information.
The newly imported products are now visible in the Replenishment Menu, each assigned to their respective warehouse location for easy tracking and management.
Create a bounce sheet if any reorders are not found. By clicking the link, the user can download the Bounce File for review and follow-up.
