Secure Readonly Access for Odoo Users
Chatter Reply Management
This module allows administrators to grant read-only access to selected users across the system. Users with readonly access can view records but cannot create, edit, or delete any data. Any attempt to perform restricted actions, including button operations, will result in an access error. This helps protect critical business data, ensures consistency, and improves overall system control.

Enable Readonly Access for Users.
Navigate to Settings -> Choose Users -> Enable Readonly Access.

Users with Readonly Access enabled cannot create, edit, or delete records.

Clicking any button will trigger an access error in the system.
To print query results, simply click the 'Print PDF' button. You can also configure the page layout through the PDF orientation wizard to ensure your data fits perfectly on the report.
