Voice Assistant Menu Configuration
In the first step, the Voice Assistant module is available inside the Technical menu. Users can access multiple submenu options for managing voice assistant settings and command configurations from a centralized location.
Quick Access Microphone in Top Navigation View
A microphone icon is displayed in the top navigation bar, allowing users to quickly access the voice assistant feature from anywhere in the Odoo backend interface.
Voice Listening Interface with Language Support
After clicking the microphone icon, the voice assistant opens a listening interface with multilingual support. Users can interact using both English and Hindi languages.
Execute Voice Command
Users can speak commands naturally, such as "Create Customer". The system captures and processes the voice input in real time for further action.
Automatic Customer Form Navigation
Once the command is recognized successfully, the voice assistant automatically opens the related customer form view, providing a fast and hands-free workflow experience.
Execute Dashboard Voice Command
Users can speak commands naturally, such as "Open Dashboard". The voice assistant captures the spoken input and processes it instantly to understand the requested action.
Automatic Dashboard Screen Navigation
After recognizing the command successfully, the system automatically opens the Dashboard screen, allowing users to navigate quickly through voice interaction without manual clicks.
For printing images in the report first we have enable 'Show Product image in the report' option in the configuration settings.
