I purchased this app on 8 Dec 2025 after a few days chatting with the team via WhatsApp. I asked basic clarification questions and requested to install it on staging first to test how it works. The responses were fairly limited, but I was encouraged to proceed with the purchase and deploy to staging, which I did.

I urgently needed a forecasting tool to simplify procurement forecasting operations — but the implementation turned into weeks of delays.

What happened:

• When deploying on staging, I immediately found a bug that prevented deployment.

• After contacting support, on 16 Dec I received “new code” that was supposedly bug-free. Deployment finally worked — but the license wasn’t active, so I had to wait additional days for activation.

• Once the license was active, I could access the app, but it still couldn’t identify my companies (the app calls them “marketplaces”). That took more time to resolve.

• After companies finally appeared, I discovered the forecast calculation is wrong. There appears to be a function impacted by the field “Override run rate”. Even when I do not fill it in, it defaults to 1, and as a result the app produces the same forecast for all variants across the database.

On top of that, the app uses incorrect/unclear terminology:

• “Marketplace” is not a marketplace — it’s an Odoo Company.

• “BOM” does not refer to Bill of Materials — it appears to mean Opening Stock.

Overall, the app is not reliable for forecasting and not ready for production use. Support has been responsive in the sense that they reply, but the repeated blockers, waiting periods, and incorrect calculations make it hard to recommend.
