1.Access Manager
Navigate to the Access Manager dashboard and select Create New Access to initialize custom rules for a user.
- Create Access:Go to Access Manager and click Create to configure new access control rules for your users.
2.Hide Menu/Submenu Access Right
Manage user-wise access rights to hide any module’s navigation menus and submenus for specified users.
- Before Applying The Rule: Users can view the menu and submenu items before the access rule is applied.
- After Applying The Rule: The selected menu and submenu items will be hidden for the specified users based on the configured access rights.
3.Model Access Rights
Manage user-wise and company-wise access rights to restrict create, edit, delete, actions, archive/unarchive, duplicate,chatter and export operations for any model for specified users.
- Before Applying The Rule:Users can view reports, actions, create, edit, delete, duplicate, archive/unarchive, and export operations model-wise before the access rule is applied
- After Applying The Rule:After applying the rule, users will be restricted from accessing reports, actions, create, edit, delete, duplicate, archive/unarchive, and export operations model-wise based on the configured access rights.
4.Field Access Rights
Control field-level access rights user-wise for any model by configuring fields as invisible, required, readonly, or by removing external link access for specified users
- Before Applying The Rule: Users can normally view and access fields with external links, editable fields, and non-required fields before the access rule is applied
- After Applying The Rule: After applying the rule, fields can be set as readonly, required, invisible, and external links can be removed for specified users based on the configured field access rights
5.Button/Tab Access Rights
Manage access rights to hide any Buttons/Tabs from the views of any model for specified users
- Before Applying The Rule: Users can normally view and access buttons and tabs before the access rule is applied
- After Applying The Rule: After applying the rule, selected buttons and tabs will be hidden for specified users based on the configured access rights
6.Global Readonly and Chatter Access Control
Manage access rights to enable global readonly mode and control chatter visibility for any model for specified users
- Before Applying The Rule: Users can normally edit records and view chatter activities before the access rule is applied
- After Applying The Rule: After applying the rule, records will become readonly and chatter access will be hidden for specified users based on the configured access rights
