Product Page Integration
A beautiful Q&A section is automatically added to every product page. Customers can search existing questions, ask new ones, and get real-time suggestions of similar questions as they type.
Questions & Answers
Customers can ask questions and get answers from the community or the store team. Each question displays the number of answers, views, and author information.
Question Submitted
After submitting a question, the customer gets a confirmation message. The question goes through moderation before being published.
Voting System & Answers
Community-driven answers with upvote / downvote system. The best answers rise to the top. Admins can mark official "Best Answers" that are highlighted with a green badge.
Moderation Dashboard
A dedicated backend application for moderating questions and answers. Approve, reject, or feature questions with a single click.
