AI analysis — optional, your own key
Add your own Anthropic Claude or OpenAI key and get a short read of the consolidated group result and the top action, in your language. The module calls the provider directly from your Odoo: no data goes through a third party, and you control the model and the cost. The AI never posts or changes anything.
Set it up once
Choose your group currency, whether to eliminate intercompany, and which companies to include (or all). Add your AI key if you want it.
Features
- Group P&L — revenue, expenses and net result for the whole group, in one presentation currency.
- Intercompany eliminations — sales and purchases between your own companies are removed from the group P&L, so it is not double-counted. Even a manual intercompany entry is caught: the whole journal entry is eliminated, not just the lines that name the other company.
- Full group balance sheet — total assets, liabilities and equity for the whole group, in one currency, so that Assets = Liabilities + Equity — plus receivables, cash and payables.
- Average rate for the P&L, closing rate for the balance sheet — each company's P&L is translated at the average rate over the period and its balances at the closing rate (the accepted method) — not a single spot rate.
- Currency translation adjustment (CTA) — the translation effect of the average-vs-closing rate is shown as its own figure; intercompany receivables and payables within the group are surfaced to reconcile.
- Dedicated roles — a Consolidation User to view the group, a Manager to configure it; group financials stay out of reach of plain invoicing users.
- By company — what each company contributes to revenue, net result and the balance sheet, with one click to the company.
- Revenue-and-net-by-company chart — see the shape of the group at a glance.
- Live cockpit — group KPIs, the chart and the per-company table; not a month-end spreadsheet.
- Daily automatic refresh — a scheduled job keeps the group numbers current; recompute on demand anytime.

Built to respect Odoo's access model — audited so nothing leaks between users or companies.
- 🏢 Multi-company isolation. Every record and setting is tagged to its company; a user only ever sees the data of the companies they are allowed into. Cross-company access is impossible — verified.
- 🔑 AI key encrypted & admin-only. Your provider key is stored encrypted at rest (Fernet / AES) — the plaintext is never saved — and is readable or editable only by a system administrator.
- 👤 Role-based access. Dedicated Consolidation: User (view) and Manager (edit settings) groups — group financials stay out of reach of plain invoicing users. No portal or public exposure; everything computes on your standard data through the app's own service.
- ✅ Secure by design — multi-company isolation; AI key encrypted at rest and admin-only. Audited across the whole suite.
