Create a dashboard and drop KPI tiles on it. Each tile watches any model (Invoices, Sales, Contacts, your own custom models), measures what you choose (count, sum, average, max, min of any numeric field) and shows it as a big number, a trend sparkline or a top-N ranking — with the change versus the previous period right next to it.
Then have the whole dashboard delivered automatically by email and PDF, every day, week or month, to the managers who need it. No developer, no external BI tool.

More than a pretty pivot
Every KPI can compare the current period against the previous one (or the same period last year) and show the change with an up/down indicator. Combine two measures into a ratio — conversion %, paid % — not just single sums. And click any tile to open the underlying records or the native graph, filtered exactly to that KPI.

- Go to Dashboards > New from template for a one-click start, or create your own and add tiles.
- For each tile pick a model, what to measure, and (optionally) a comparison or ranking.
- Open the dashboard to see your KPIs live, and turn on auto-send to get it by email and PDF on a schedule.

Built to respect Odoo's access model — audited so nothing leaks between users or companies.
