Falabella Seller Center Connector — Orders In, Stock and Prices Out, Without Leaving Odoo
Falabella is the biggest marketplace of the Andean region after Mercado Libre — and Odoo has no connector for it. This one talks to the Seller Center API directly, with your own key: orders become sale orders, stock and prices go back, and you ship from the ERP. Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. No monthly middleware fee. Optional AI.
What sold, what the marketplace kept, and what is still on your shelf.
- Somebody watches a browser tab and retypes each order
- The stock on Falabella drifts from the real one, and you oversell
- Nobody knows what the marketplace's commission actually cost you
- Orders arrive as sale orders, with the items matched by your Seller SKU
- Stock and prices pushed back — sell the last unit and Falabella stops offering it
- The commission and the net payout on every order, in your own reports
Talks to Seller Center directly, from your instance, with your own key.
From the buyer's click to your warehouse
Your Seller Center user and API key, and the country you sell in. That is the setup.
Every 15 minutes, or on demand. Buyer, items, commission — as a sale order.
Mark it ready to ship. Falabella is told, and the buyer sees it.
Every order, with what it really left you
Seller Center tracks a status per item, not just per order — and a partially cancelled order is the one that ruins a month-end. So this app reads the items, adds up the commission Falabella itself reports on each, and shows you the net payout. Not the gross.
Stock and prices — and Falabella's verdict on them
Push the price and the stock of every published SKU from Odoo. Falabella processes the change as a feed, in the background, and answers with an id. This app follows that feed to its verdict and tells you which SKUs were rejected and why — instead of assuming it worked. A feed that failed silently is a price that never changed, and nobody finds out until a customer buys at the old one.
Set up in one screen
Pick your country — each has its own Seller Center host, and it is a setting, not a hardcoded constant. Your API key is encrypted at rest and never leaves your server: it is used only to sign each request (HMAC-SHA256), exactly as Falabella requires.
AI analysis — optional, your own key
Add your own Anthropic Claude or OpenAI key and get a closing briefing on the channel — what sold, what Falabella kept, what is still unshipped, which SKUs the platform rejected — and the single highest-impact thing to fix tomorrow, in your language. The module calls the provider directly from your Odoo: no data goes through a third party, and you control the model and the cost. It never posts or changes anything.
Features
- Orders become sale orders — buyer, items matched by Seller SKU, shipping type. Invoice and report on the channel like any other.
- Item-level detail — Seller Center tracks a status per item, and so does this app. A partially cancelled order is the one that ruins a month-end.
- Commission and net payout — added up from what Falabella itself reports per item. Not the gross.
- Ready to ship, from Odoo — Falabella is told, and the buyer sees it. If Falabella refuses, the order does not move here either.
- Never a duplicate — every order carries Falabella's own id, so a re-sync can never create the same sale order twice.
- Stock and price pushed back per SKU — sell the last unit at the counter and Falabella stops offering it.
- Feeds followed to the end — Falabella answers a catalogue change with a feed id and processes it later. This app follows it and tells you which SKUs were rejected, and why.
- Unmapped items caught — if Falabella sells something no Odoo product matches, the order still lands with the right total, and the item is flagged.
- Every country — Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. The host is a setting, not a constant.
- Full call log — every signed call and every answer. When Falabella says it never received your stock update, this is what settles it.
- Live cockpit — orders today and their value, what is waiting to ship, the commission, the SKUs Falabella rejected.
- Demo mode — sample orders and a catalogue from your own products, including a rejected SKU and an unmapped item, so you can walk the whole flow before Falabella issues a key.
- AI analysis (optional) — Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, your own key; the closing briefing and the top action, in your language.
- Multi-company — every order belongs to the company that sold it; nothing leaks between companies.
- Works on any Odoo — Community and Enterprise. Nothing to configure per instance to get started.
- Multilingual — English, Spanish and Portuguese (BR).
Every Falabella order, with the sale order it produced.
Perfect for retailers and brands selling on Falabella in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico or Argentina, who want the orders, the stock and the commission in the same ERP as the rest of the business — without renting a middleware forever.

Permissions & data security
Built to respect Odoo's access model — and to keep your key where it belongs.
- 🔑 Your API key never leaves your server. It is not sent to Falabella: it only signs each request (HMAC-SHA256), exactly as Seller Center requires. It is stored encrypted at rest (Fernet / AES) and is readable or editable only by a system administrator.
- ⏲ Replay-resistant by design. Every call carries a signed timestamp, so a request captured on the wire cannot be re-sent later.
- 🏢 Multi-company isolation. Every order, item and log line is tagged to its company; a user only ever sees the data of the companies they are allowed into.
- 👤 Role-based access. Salespeople ship the orders; only a sales manager touches the catalogue and the settings. No portal or public exposure.
- 📜 Everything is on the record. Every signed call and every answer is logged. When Falabella says it never received your stock update, this is what settles it.
Requires the Sales and Inventory apps, and a Falabella Seller Center account with API access. Works with Odoo Community and Enterprise.
