Mirakl Marketplace Connector (Liverpool, Coppel, Exito and any Mirakl)

Mirakl Marketplace Connector — Sell on Liverpool, Coppel, Exito and Any Mirakl Marketplace, From Odoo
Hundreds of the world's marketplaces run on Mirakl — and they all speak the same seller API. Orders become sale orders; stock and prices go back the other way. One connector, every marketplace you sell on. Your own shop key. No middleware, no monthly fee. Optional AI.
The whole channel on one screen — and the orders the marketplace is counting the minutes on.
- A monthly fee forever, on top of the marketplace's commission
- Your orders and your prices pass through somebody else's server
- One more thing to blame when an offer is not online
- Your Odoo talks to the marketplace directly, with your own shop key
- One connector, every Mirakl marketplace — add the next one with a URL and a key
- Every call logged, so you can prove what you sent
Liverpool, Coppel, Exito, Carrefour, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, ManoMano… if it runs on Mirakl, this app speaks to it.
From the marketplace to your warehouse
Pulled every 15 minutes and matched to your products by your own SKU. Mirakl does not push to sellers, so the app asks.
In one click, and the sale order is born the same instant. The order is not yours until you accept it — so neither is the stock.
The carrier and the tracking number go back, so the buyer can see where their parcel is.
The clock is the whole game
A Mirakl order does not wait politely: you have a window to accept it, and if you miss it the marketplace refuses the order for you — and that goes on your seller rating. The cockpit puts the waiting orders first, with how long each has been waiting. And an order with an item that is not in your catalogue is never auto-accepted: accepting what you cannot ship costs more than being slow.
Accept, refuse, ship — and the commission the marketplace really charged, summed from what it reported per item.
An offer that failed in silence is a price that never changed
Mirakl processes a catalogue import asynchronously: it answers "received", and the verdict comes later. This app follows every import to its result and shows you which SKUs the marketplace rejected and why. Assuming an import worked is how a shop ends up selling at last month's price.
Set up in one screen
The marketplace's Mirakl URL and your shop API key — that is the whole connection. Encrypted at rest, admin-only, and it never leaves your server. Selling on a second Mirakl marketplace? Add it as another one: same app, same screens.
AI analysis — optional, your own key
Add your own Anthropic Claude or OpenAI key and get a channel read — what sold, what the marketplace kept, which order is about to miss its acceptance window, which SKU it threw back — and the single highest-impact thing to fix, in your language. The module calls the provider directly from your Odoo: no data goes through a third party, and you control the model and the cost. It never posts or changes anything.
Features
- Any Mirakl marketplace — Liverpool, Coppel, Exito, Carrefour, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, ManoMano and hundreds more. One app; add each one with its URL and your shop key.
- Orders become sale orders — the customer, the items matched by your own SKU, the shipping and the commission, so you invoice and report on them like any other channel.
- Accept or refuse from Odoo — the acceptance window is a clock, and the cockpit shows it running. Accept in one click.
- An unmapped item never auto-accepts — accepting an order you cannot ship is worse than being slow to accept it.
- Ship it with its tracking — the carrier and the tracking number go back to the marketplace, so the buyer sees where the parcel is.
- The commission it really charged — summed from what the marketplace reports per item, never guessed from a rate. And the net payout: what actually reaches your bank.
- Stock and prices go up — publish offers by SKU or barcode; sell the last unit in your shop and the marketplace stops offering it.
- The marketplace's verdict, followed — an import is asynchronous, so the app follows it to its result and tells you which SKUs were rejected and why.
- Never a duplicate — every order carries the marketplace's own id, so a re-poll or two crons racing can never import it twice.
- Full call log — every call sent and every answer received. When an offer is not online, this is where you prove what you sent.
- Demo mode — no shop key yet? It seeds a week of sample orders and a catalogue from your own products, so you can walk the whole flow before you ask the marketplace for access.
- AI analysis (optional) — Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, your own key; the channel read and the top action, in your language.
- Multi-company — every order, offer and call belongs to its company; nothing leaks between them.
- Works on Odoo Community — and Enterprise. Odoo 16 to 19.
- Multilingual — English, Spanish and Portuguese (BR).
Every order, what it left you, and the sale order it became.
Perfect for sellers and brands on Liverpool, Coppel, Exito or any Mirakl marketplace who are running their shop on Odoo and paying a middleware to sit in the middle — and for anyone about to join one.

Permissions & data security
This app speaks for your shop on somebody else's marketplace. It is built accordingly.
- 🔑 Your shop API key is encrypted at rest (Fernet / AES) and readable or editable only by a system administrator. It never leaves your server.
- 🔒 It only ever speaks for your shop. The seller API is scoped to your shop key: this app cannot see another seller's orders, and no other seller can see yours.
- 📜 Nothing is accepted behind your back. Auto-accept is off by default, and even switched on it refuses to accept an order with an item that is not in your catalogue.
- 🏢 Multi-company isolation. Every marketplace, order and offer is tagged to its company; a user only sees the companies they are allowed into.
- 👤 Role-based access. Salespeople see the channel; only a sales manager connects a marketplace or changes what is published.
Requires the Sales and Inventory apps, and a shop account on a Mirakl marketplace (the app has a demo mode so you can try it before you have one). Works with Odoo Community and Enterprise.
