A genuine, full-screen WhatsApp inbox inside Odoo — a two-pane chat cockpit with your conversations on the left and the thread on the right: message bubbles with tails, contact avatars, day separators, delivery ticks (sent / delivered / read), downloadable document chips, and a reply box that sends on Enter. Connect your own number with the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — no reseller, no per-message fee.
Open the composer from a contact, a sales order or an invoice, pick an approved template or write a message, and attach the record's PDF. Incoming messages arrive through a secure webhook.

Send from any record with the document attached, receive and reply in a real chat, sync your Meta-approved templates with one click, and send a template automatically when an order is confirmed, an invoice is posted or a payment is registered — no code, on any model.
Send from any record — the composer finds the contact; pick an approved template or write a free-text message, and from an invoice or order it can attach the document's PDF.

Setup in minutes
- In WhatsApp > Configuration > Accounts, paste your Phone Number ID and access token from Meta, then Sync templates.
- Copy the Webhook URL and Verify token into Meta's webhook settings and subscribe to messages.
- Chat from Conversations, send from any record via Action > Send on WhatsApp, and set up Automations.
Requires a Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with a registered number and access token.

Permissions & data security
Built to respect Odoo's access model — audited so nothing leaks between users or companies.
- 🔒 Dedicated WhatsApp access. Only the agents you put in the WhatsApp group (and administrators) can read customer conversations and messages — the rest of your staff cannot.
- 🏢 Multi-company isolation. Every record and setting is tagged to its company; a user only ever sees the data of the companies they are allowed into. Cross-company access is impossible — verified.
- 👤 Role-based access. The app respects Odoo's access groups — there is no portal or public exposure. Everything computes on your standard data through the app's own service, so no restricted field is ever surfaced.
