Permissions & data security
Workforce data is sensitive. This app is audited to respect Odoo's confidentiality — especially salaries.
- 💰 Salaries stay confidential. Pay is shown only to HR Managers — exactly like Odoo's own wage field. It is never copied into a field that a lower role could read.
- 👥 Line managers see risk, not pay. Assign the optional “Manager (own team only)” role and a line manager sees the flight risk and the retention action for their direct reports only — with salaries hidden. Verified.
- 🔒 Multi-company isolation. Every record is tagged to its company; a user only sees the employees of the companies they are allowed into. Cross-company access is impossible — verified on Odoo 16 & 19.
- 🔑 AI key encrypted & admin-only. Your provider key is stored encrypted at rest (Fernet / AES) and is readable or editable only by a system administrator. The Configuration screen is admin-only.
- 🌐 Your data stays yours. The optional AI call goes from your Odoo straight to the provider you choose; nothing passes through the author, and the AI never posts or changes anything.

Add your own Anthropic Claude or OpenAI key and get a short read of who to retain first and the actions to run this quarter, in your language. You control the model and the cost. Works standalone or with the author's AI Engine app.
