Main Features
- Material Estimation Tab
- A dedicated Material Estimation tab is available in the Sales Job Estimate form, allowing users to add material products with quantity, unit of measure, cost price, and sales price. The system automatically calculates the cost, margin amount, and margin percentage (%) for each material line, helping users clearly understand profitability at the material level.
- Labour Estimation Tab
- The Labour Estimation tab enables users to estimate labour services based on hours or quantities, along with cost price and sales price. For each labour entry, the module automatically calculates the margin value and margin percentage, making it easier to analyze labour profitability within the overall job estimate.
- Overhead Estimation Tab
- The Overhead Estimation tab allows users to include additional project-related expenses such as site security, equipment usage, utilities, logistics, or other operational costs. Each overhead line automatically computes the cost, margin amount, and margin percentage, ensuring all indirect costs are properly considered in the estimate.
- Automatic Line-Level Margin Calculation
- For Material, Labour, and Overhead estimation lines, the system automatically calculates and displays key profitability metrics including:
