Why Choose This Module
Cost is captured against CSI-style cost codes from four sources: labor at fully burdened rates (base + fringe + payroll burden), material issues, equipment at internal ownership/operating rates, and subcontract commitments. The engine computes committed cost, actual cost, percent complete (cost-to-cost or physical), earned revenue, over/under billing, cost-to-complete forecasts, estimate-at-completion and full earned-value metrics (CPI, SPI, CV, SV, VAC, TCPI). Margin-erosion alerts fire when the projected margin drops below the contract baseline.
